How to get the app

The Arthritis Tracker helps teens and young adults with arthritis keep track of their symptoms. Users can track their symptoms which will help them to monitor progress, measure their response to treatment and prepare for appointments. They can also connect with other people of a similar age with the same condition as them, or read stories about their experiences. The app helps to monitor side effects of medicines, pain and energy levels, sleep, activity and emotions. The app enables access to the Versus Arthritis website which includes tips on how to manage symptoms, side effects and stress.
