Vertigo – Epley manoeuvre

Brandt-Daroff exercises
Sometimes the Epley manoeuvre is not successful or is unsuitable, such as in people who have neck or back problems. In such cases, your doctor may recommend Brandt-Daroff exercises. Over time, these exercises can calm symptoms of vertigo, but they are not a cure.
