Video from the one-day PHARMAC seminar on mental health in primary care held in Wellington, New Zealand on 1 March 2017.
The seminar focuses on non-drug therapies for common mental health conditions in primary care: depression, anxiety and distress. The aim is to encourage practitioners to talk first, get patients being physically and socially active, and see how they do. Prescribing can come later, if and when needed.
