Doctors, nurses and others working in primary care know that everyone is facing challenges right now, but they don’t know exactly what is – and what isn’t – working for people needing their services.
So the Health Care Home Collaborative, in partnership with the Health Navigator Charitable Trust, is planning to hold online focus groups to get a clearer picture of your recent healthcare experiences. The results will be used to help improve primary health services and care.
The focus groups are planned for May and will be done via an easy online platform called Zoom. They will be group discussions and take about 30–45 minutes. Taking part is voluntary and confidential – only audio will be used. You will get a $20 online supermarket voucher to thank you for taking part.
