Within each region, there are a range of Pasifika health providers.

All areas

  • Le Va – Provides support and services in mental health and addiction, disability, public health, suicide prevention and education, in sport, and with churches.
  • Pacific Heartbeat – Provides nutrition courses, information, and initiatives to reduce the risk of lifestyle related illnesses such as heart disease, high blood pressure, high blood cholestrol, and diabetes.
  • Pacific Homecare – Provides home-based healthcare to the elderly and disabled. A Pacific for Pacific provider.
  • Taikura Trust – Provides needs assessment and service coordination to people with disabilities. They support people with intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities, and those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Village Collective Empowering Pasifika youth through sexual and reproductive health education.

North Auckland

  • The Fono (North Shore) – Provides Waitemata Family Start, Stop Smoking service, Enua Ola Programme, Whānau Ora, and a Financial Mentoring service.

West Auckland

  • Pacific Information Advocacy and Support Services Trust (PIASS Trust) – Educates, advises, and trains elderly and disabled people on access to Disability Support services. A Pacific for Pacific provider.
  • The Fono (North Shore) – Provides Waitemata Family Start, Stop Smoking service, Enua Ola Programme, Whānau Ora, and a Financial Mentoring service.
  • Vaka Tautua Limited – Provides community support for the elderly, the disabled, those needing mental health support, and offers financial literacy programmes. A Pacific for Pacific provider.

Central Auckland

  • Lotofale Pacific Mental Health Services – Provides help with serious mental health problems. Accepts non‑crisis general practitioner referrals to Cornwall House and the Manaaki area.
  • Pacific Information Advocacy and Support Services Trust (PIASS Trust) – Educates, advises, and trains elderly and disabled people on access to Disability Support services. A Pacific for Pacific provider.
  • Healthy Village Actions Zones – Provides a Pacific church based programme.
  • Vaka Tautua Limited – Provides community support for the elderly, the disabled, those needing mental health support, and offers financial literacy programmes. A Pacific for Pacific provider.
  • TOA Pacific Inc – Provides Social services and advocacy support on behalf of the elderly and family carers. Coordinates a nationwide network of Aiga Carers. A Pacific for Pacific provider.
  • Tongan/Tamaki Langafonua Community Centre – Provides Social services and support from a culturally based Fanau Ola framework of "by the Pacific for the Pacific". Provides family violence prevention and parenting programmes.

South Auckland

  • TOA Pacific Inc – Provides Social services and advocacy support on behalf of the elderly and family carers. Coordinates a nationwide network of Aiga Carers. A Pacific for Pacific provider.

South Island

  • Tangata Atumotu Trust – Is Canterbury’s longest-standing Pasifika provider, who understand the community’s specific health and wellbeing needs, and work across a wide range of sectors to improve the health outcomes of our community.

West Auckland

  • Langimalie Integrated Family Health Centre – Kelston. Provides treatment, care and health advice for Tongan patients of all ages, and other locals. Services include minor surgery, circumcision and diabetes clinics, ESL support, help with health related immigration, housing, and Work and Income issues.
  • The Fono – West Central. Provides medical services with Tongan spoken.
  • The Fono – West. Provides affordable medical, dental, pharmacy, public health, and social services.

Central Auckland

  • Health Star Medical Centre – Panmure. A family‑centred general practice that provides Well Child Tamariki Ora and Auckland Wide Healthy Homes Initiative (AWHI) services. Delivers the Mana Kidz Rheumatic Fever Prevention Programme in primary schools.
  • Langimalie Integrated Family Health Centre – Panmure. Provides healthcare, English as a second language (ESL) support, help with health related immigration, housing, and Work and Income issues. Services including minor surgery, regular circumcision clinics, and a diabetes clinic. A Pacific for Pacific Provider.
  • Langimalie Integrated Family Health Centre – Onehunga. Provides treatment, care and health advice for Tongan patients of all ages, and other locals.
  • Mount Wellington Integrated Health Centre. Provides comprehensive general practice services with co-located dental, midwifery, acupuncture, and physiotherapy services. A Pacific provider that offers Whānau Ora services to help families. Staff who can speak Cook Island, Samoan, and Tongan languages.
  • The Fono – Central. Provides affordable medical and dental services.
  • The Fono – West Central. Provides medical services with Tongan spoken.

South Auckland
