What does the app do?
Based on the user's current weight, height, body frame, gender and age, the app suggests an ideal weight and recommends the amount of time needed to reach that target. You have the option to change the suggested targets based on your own plans. By inputting your weight at regular intervals, the app helps you track your weight loss. It also has a function to calculate your daily calorie intake, BMI (Body Mass Index), percentage body fat, total weight loss, remaining amount of weight to be lost, average daily and weekly weight loss and overall progress. For a more detailed description of the app, see Google Play or iTunes and for a detailed review, see Reviews.
✔ The app is easy to use.
✘ The app does not warn you if unrealistic weight loss targets are set manually such as very low BMI and very rapid weight loss goals.
