Just a Thought

Just a Thought offers a range of online courses for mental health and wellbeing. The courses use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help users understand and learn about various topics – see table below.

Course Description 
Depression course

This course provides users with skills to reduce their symptoms of depression. Learn more about Depression course
Generalised anxiety

This course provides users with skills to reduce your worry, anxiety, and physical symptoms. Learn more about Generalised anxiety course

Health anxiety

A course for people who are preoccupied and overly worried and fearful about their health. Learn more about Health anxiety course.

Managing insomnia

This course if for people who have problem falling or staying asleep. The course includes topics like managing thoughts and behaviours that fuel insomnia and retraining your body and mind for sleep. Learn more about Managing insomnia course.

Mixed depression & anxiety(external link)

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Overcoming Panic

This online course is for people who are fearful of panic and panic attacks, to learn practical CBT techniques skills to tackle and overcome panic. Learn more about the Overcoming panic course.

Postnatal Wellbeing (Just a Thought)

An online for people who have recently had a baby and are feeling low in your mood or anxious. Learn more about the Postnatal Wellbeing course.

Pregnancy Wellbeing (Just a Thought)

An online course for people who are pregnant and have low mood or excessive worry that doesn't seem to go away. Learn more about the Pregnancy Wellbeing course.

Social Anxiety

Staying on Track

This course gives users practical strategies to cope with stress during difficult times. Users can learn how to support their mental and emotional health, and practise skills to help them and their whānau stay on track. Learn more about Staying on Track.
