Users can also set reminders to take medications and to renew prescriptions, and send (via email) a summary report to physicians or other medical professionals involved with their care. Clinical review
Reviewer: Jeremy Steinberg, GP, FRNZCGP
Date of review: March 2018
Platform: Android
Version: 1.3
Comments: This app is useful for people wanting to track their diet and symptoms. This app is a limited food and symptom diary; however it was last updated four years ago and has an outdated, buggy and confusing user design. Some very important features such as editing entries are missing. See mySymptoms for a much more fully featured and regularly updated food and symptom diary.
Safety concerns: None.
New Zealand relevance: The medication tracker has many North American names for medications.
