PTSD Coach

 

An app created by the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), aimed at anyone with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The app provides users with information on PTSD and enables them to track and manage their symptoms using techniques such as guided imagery, audio-guided muscle relaxation and deep breathing exercises.

Self-help Anxiety Management (SAM) app

  An app created by the University of West of England, aimed at people wanting to learn how to monitor and manage their anxiety.

WellMind

An app created by the NHS (UK) aimed at people with common mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and depression. This app allows you to record and monitor your feelings, read self-help guides and learn relaxation techniques.

An app aimed at people who have recently started taking medication for depression (antidepressants). This app allows you to track your symptoms to help you decide if the medication is working as intended.
