What does the app do?
This app was developed in partnership with the Heart Failure Society of America to helps users to better manage their heart failure. Users can track their symptoms, physical activity, moods and vital signs (such as height, weight, BP), set up reminders for medication and appointments and view information on low sodium diet guidelines. The app allows users to share their health information with friends, family or health professionals.
