Security: There is no need to register for an account. User can simply download and access the information and video. There is no security risk.
Performance: Menu is not very visible due to the choice of colour. Access to text information is fast, but access to video (Youtube) is dependent on user internet speed.
Impact of the app on battery life and device performance: Impact is minimal unless user watches the exercise videos constantly.
Interactivity: Minimal interaction with user.
