Users may experience the benefit of a comprehensive set of exercises designed specifically for people with ankylsoing spondylitis including mobility, strength, cardiovascular, stretching and breathing. The app gives adequate advice about seeking medical opinion before commencing an exercise programme and keeping safe while exercising.
