Yet studies are showing some of these apps can significantly improve outcomes and wellbeing for consumers.

Filled with ideas, tips and useful suggestions, this newsletter is available for anyone who is interested in keeping themselves and their families healthy. It's also ideal for people who have ongoing health conditions and are interested in learning more about things they can do to keep themselves well.
The intended audience includes DHBs, PHOs, health providers, managers, academics, decision-makers, researchers and students. The purpose is to increase awareness and share knowledge, build connections and improve quality and system effectiveness in the field of long-term conditions.
Topics covered include improving chronic care, self-management support, quality improvement, e-health, health literacy, co-design and health management and range from updates about latest reports, international, national, regional and local news/events, to recommended resources, articles, training opportunities, conferences and viewable presentations.
