Long-Term Conditions Bulletin starting 2010
From 2010, the Self Management Network Newsletter will be known as the Long-Term Conditions Bulletin. This is in light of the growing interest in Long-Term Condition Management and the wider range of topics covered in recent months. There is also an increasing need for a New Zealand publication that draws together key resources for DHBs, PHOs, clinicians and consumers working in this area and we will continue to develop this work through Health Navigator NZ.
