Smart Eating
There are several key things you can do to eat well:
- Start the day with a healthy breakfast
- Choose lower fat options especially for foods eaten most days such as milk, cheese, meat
- Control your portion size
- Choose wholegrain and unprocessed foods as much as possible
- Avoid white bread, too much sugar, fat and energy dense foods
