Smart Eating
There are several key things you can do to eat well:
1. Start the day with a healthy breakfast
2. Choose lower fat options especially for foods eaten most days such as milk, cheese, meat
3. Control your portion size
4. Choose wholegrain and unprocessed foods as much as possible
5. Avoid white bread, too much sugar, fat and energy dense foods
