Keeping Well
Health and wellness is one of the most important factors in enjoying a good quality of life. The choices we make every day such as what we eat, how much exercise or physical activity we get, smoking (or exposure to 2nd hand smoke) and alcohol intake all add up to have a major influence on our future health and wellbeing.
Many long term conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, depression and heart disease can be prevented or dramatically improved if healthier choices are regularly made. Here are some ideas and resources to help you get started.
