Depression in Young People

Low mood that persists for 2 weeks or more can be more than feeling a bit down. Depression is now very common in young people and needs to be taken seriously.

If you, a friend or loved one is feeling flat, down or depressed more often than not over the last 2 weeks, then find someone you can talk to and get the support that's out there to help you get through.
