Diabetes Self-Management Programmes

If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, one of the best things you can do is attend a diabetes self management programme.

These are held throughout the country and are often available in evenings and weekends to make it easier for people who are working to attend.

Brief Description: Range of courses covering basics about diabetes
Organisations Multiple including local Primary Health Organisations, District Health Boards, and community organisations such as Diabetes NZ and Diabetes Auckland
Who is this for? People with Type 1 diabetes and their families
